Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Security, Dol Prasad Aryal, who also serves as the vice-chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has declared a reward ranging from Rs 100,000 to Rs 200,000 for individuals aiding in the retrieval of Rs 2.3 million purportedly lost in a cooperative venture.

Addressing a gathering in Kathmandu on Saturday, Minister Aryal revealed, "I have invested Rs 2.3 million in the cooperative in question. Regrettably, I have fallen victim to deception. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recoup my investment. Moreover, I would have extended financial support to individuals, parliamentarians, and acquaintances who have been critical of me in relation to the cooperative debacle."

The minister asserted his financial involvement with the Hamro Naya Krishi Cooperative, citing his contribution of Rs 2.3 million. He lamented the failure to retrieve the sum and cited his resignation, precipitated by the organization's rejection of his 70-page reform proposal, as a consequence of their refusal to accept his leadership.

Subsequently, Minister Aryal appealed for the restitution of the Rs 2.3 million, contending its non-receipt to date. Emphasizing his willingness to undergo legal scrutiny, Minister Aryal maintained his innocence, affirming the absence of any unlawful conduct during his tenure with the Hamro Naya Krishi Cooperative.
