Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Concluded Lock-in Period for 6,093 Mutual Fund Shares on 6th Magh

Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) has published a notice to its investors and stakeholders of the imminent conclusion of the lock-in period for 6,093 unit shares held by Mutual Funds. Following the latest directives from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), this lock-in period, which commenced on Kartik 20, 2080, expired on Magh 6, 2080.
KBSH has 1,218,675 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Within this, 5 percent of 1,21,867 was earmarked exclusively for Mutual Funds, representing 6,093 units of shares. Notably, in adherence to SEBON's directives issued on Kartik 20, a portion of these shares, 6,093 units, were subject to a lock-in period. Investors and stakeholders are now informed that the lock-in period for these 6,093 unit shares was concluded by 6th Magh.
As outlined in the official notice, after the end of the lock-in period the shares held by the Board of Directors and employees at higher management won't be tradable.
