Kumari Bank virtually convenes its 20th AGM; endorses proposal of 14% dividend to its shareholders

Kumari Bank has virtually convened its 20th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Amir Pratap J.B. Rana.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10.85% bonus shares and 3.15% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement. After the capitalization of the bonus shares, the paid up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 13.87 arba.
The bank had raised deposits of Rs 124.22 arba, disbursed loans of Rs 115.13 arba, earned Rs 1.15 arba as net profit till the end of Asar, 2077, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 186 branches, 13 extension counters, 22 branchless banking units and 150 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
