Kumari Bank to convene SGM with BOD's election major agenda after clearance from Patan High Court

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) will be convening special general meeting (SGM) on Jestha 31, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Amrit Bhog Catering, Kaliskathan, Kathmandu at 12:30 PM.
The main agendas of the meeting include to elect 4 new BOD members (including minimum 1 female) representing 2 from promoter shareholders group and 2 from ordinary shareholders group.
For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Jestha 19, 2076 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Jestha 16 (last trading day before book closure), 2076 can participate on SGM.
Kumari Bank has recently convene its 17th and 18th AGM on Baisakh 26 and due to Patan High Court stay order bank could not conduct election of BOD members at recently concluded AGM. Now the court has given all clearance to the banks to go ahead with BOD elections.
