Kumari Bank to convene its 19th AGM on Ashwin 11, 2076; Book closure for 10% bonus on Bhadra 29, 2076

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) is calling for its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Ashwin 11, 2076 (September 28, 2019) at Naxal Banquest, Naxal, Kathmandu from 11:30 AM onwards.
The major agendas include:
- Approval of 10% bonus shares and 0.526% cash dividend (for tax purposes) which had been proposed by the BOD.
- Discussion and approval of annual report presented by the Board of Directors along with the financial statements for FY 2075/76
- Discussion and approval of the financial statements of its subsidiary, Kumari Capital
- Hiring the auditor for the year and determining the remuneration.
The bank has announced the book closure date on Bhadra 29, 2076. Therefore, shareholders as maintained on Bhadra 28, 2076 will be eligible for dividend and to participate in the AGM. The paid up capital of the company after the adjustment of the bonus share will be Rs 955.35 crore.
