Kumari Bank supports flood victims, organizes free health camp

ShareSansar, September 12:Kumari Bank Ltd (KBL) has provided the financial support to the landslide and flood victims of the mid-western region.
According to a statement from the bank, it handed over Rs 160,000 to Jeevan Prasad Oli, chairman of Natural Disaster Relief Fund, Banke region. The financial support was contributed by KBL staffs and the bank’s clients to extend their support to landslide and flood victims.
Meanwhile, the bank also conducted health camp for 3 days at Barahbise, Sindhupalchowk in collaboration with Indrawatee Community Service Center (ICSC), initiated by Komal Thapa in support from Primary Health Centre, Barahbise, Sindhupalchowk.
All together 710 patients received medical support. Most of them were diagnosed with viral fever, Typhoid and diarrheal disease.
The team of 5 doctors, 2 nurses and 3 support staffs visited number of villages within the area in order to extend medical support to patients not able to travel.
