Kumari Bank provides large number of insurance claims; account holders of its Kumari Pariwar Surakshya saving account receive multiple benefits

Kumari Bank has provided insurance claims to large number of account holders who have their Kumari Pariwar Surakshya saving account.

As per the data, the bank has provided 36% of the claim amount to customers from Bagmati province followed by Madhesh and Gandaki province. The bank has also disbursed 54% claims for the reimbursement of hospitalization charges. Account holders along with their 3 family members can receive insurance coverage of upto Rs 26 lakh under the insurance coverage scheme, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 309 branches, 315 ATM outlets, 49 extension counters and 64 branchless banking units under its network.
