Kumari Bank provides financial support of Rs 1 lakh to Gyan Jyoti Basic School of Lamatar in Lalitpur; aims to support quality education of children from disadvantaged families in community schools

Kumari Bank, under its CSR initiative, has handed over financial support Rs 1 lakh for the purchase of educational materials to Gyan Jyoti Basic School located at Lamatar of Lalitpur with an aim to support the quality education of children from disadvantaged communities.

The support materials were handed over by DY CEO of the bank Mr. Rajib Giri to head teacher of the school Ms. Bishnu Bhandari amid a program that was also attended by ward 9 chair of Mahalaxmi Nagarpalika Mr. Bashudev Gautam, employees of the bank, students, teachers and parents of the school.

The bank currently has 111 branches, 102 ATM terminals, 3 extension counters and 17 branchless banking units under its network.
