Kumari Bank partners with Fonepay to make Sauraha digital Bazar; visitors to enjoy cashless payment method at different shops around popular tourist destination

Kumari Bank has initiated QR code-based payment system in Sauraha of Chitwan where shoppers can now simply scan the QR code of the bank using their MoBanking service to pay for the purchases of their products and services.

After the new arrangement, all the stores in Sauraha have started accepting QR code-based payment for their products and services right to their bank accounts, as per the media statement.

Head of Ratnanagar Nagarpalika Mr. Narayan Bun and Director of Nepal Rastra Bank Payment Department Mr. Bhuban Kadel has kickstarted the new service amid a program, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 192 branches, 13 extension counters, and 22 branchless banking units under its network.
