Kumari Bank partners with Fonepay to initiate QR code-based payment in Malekhu; travelers to enjoy cashless payment method at different shops around major highway point

Kumari Bank has initiated QR code-based payment system in Malekhu of Tribhuvan Highway where travelers can now simply scan the QR code of the bank using their MoBanking service to pay for the purchases of their products and services.

After the new arrangement, all the stores in Malekhu have started accepting QR code-based payment for their products and services right to their bank accounts so as to make digital Malekhu Bazar, as per the media statement.

Head of Benighat Rorang Gaupalika Mr. Pitta Bahadur Dallakoti and CEO of the Bank Mr. Surendra Bhandari has kickstarted the new service amid a program, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 192 branches, 13 extension counters, and 22 branchless banking units under its network.
