Kumari Bank convenes SGM; elects new board with Mr. Amir Pratap JB Rana as new chairman

Kumari Bank, through its SGM and board meeting held on Jestha 31, 2076 has elected Mr. Amir Pratap JB Rana as its new chairman.

The SGM has also elected Mr. Rana and Mr. Krishna Prasad Gyawali into the board from the promoters’ group while Mr. Mahesh Prashad Pokhrel and Ms. Anuradha Chaudhari from the public shareholder group. The board now consists of 5 members including Dr. Ganesh Prasad Pathak from the independent group, as per the media statement.
