Kriti Capital to convene SGM on Asadh 15; issuing shares to strategic partners under main agendas

Kriti Capital and Investments Limited is going to convene its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashad 15th, 2075. The SGM is going to be held at JDA Building, Sundhara, Kathmandu.
The main agendas of the SGM are:
- To change shareholding structure.
- To issue the converted share at a premium price to its employees and strategic partners.
- To issue remaining shares to its existing shareholders.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for the same.
