Kisan Microfinance to convene SGM on Chaitra 06, 2076; Meeting regarding merger with NRN Laghubitta

Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (KMFL) will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Chaitra 06, 2076 at Hotel Shanti Lamkichuha-01, Kailali from 11 AM onwards.
The 127, th Board Meeting held on Falgun 18, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Regarding merger with NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
- Determining share swap ratio.
- Amending the MoU to keep KMFL establishment date as the establishment of joint entity.
