Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 2nd AGM on 29th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in the company's own hall in Kailali, starting at 11 am that day.
Among the agendas of the AGM, there is a particular agenda to discuss the issuance of the right shares. The AGM will discuss issuing 1: 1 rights shares from the paid-up capital maintained as of now.
