Kisan Laghubitta (KLBSL) Amends Dividend Proposal for FY 2077/78; What Has Changed?

Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) has made changes to its dividend proposal.

The company had proposed a 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 77th meeting of the board of directors held on 2nd Magh, 2078 had decided to distribute 25% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2077/78. The proposal was then submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Based on NRB's amendment instructions, the bonus share has been brought down to 20% worth of Rs. 7,85,61,755.05

The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 39.28 crores. As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs.1,261.50.
