Khushi Children’s Park Opens at Narayan Chaur, Offering a Safe Play Space for Kathmandu’s Children

A new public space dedicated to children’s recreation and well-being, Khushi Children’s Park, has been inaugurated at Narayan Chaur, Naxal. Developed with an investment of approximately NPR 30 lakhs, the park offers a safe, green, and child-friendly environment at a time when open play areas in Kathmandu are becoming increasingly limited.

The project reflects an ongoing commitment to community development in Naxal, following last year’s support for education through the establishment of a high-tech computer lab at Nandi Ratri Secondary School. The newly opened park focuses on promoting physical activity, outdoor play, and social interaction among children in the neighborhood.
