Khaptad Laghubitta IPO Collects Rs. 1.21 Arba From 10.86 Lakh Applicants Till Today; IPO Oversubscribed by 98.69 Times

CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC) has reported the data of public IPO collection of Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KHLBSL) as of 10 am today i.e Bhadra 10.

Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KHLBSL) has been issuing its 1,32,000 unit IPO shares to the general public from 8th Bhadra and will conclude on 12th Bhadra, 2079. If it is not fully subscribed the issue will be extended up till Bhadra 22, 2079.

Out of the offered 1,32,000 units; 1.5151% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 2000 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 6,600 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 1,23,400 units are for the general public.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,320 units. Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

According to CDSC, 10,86,342 applicants have applied for a total of 1,21,79,400 units. Thus, the issue is already oversubscribed by 98.69 times so far.
