Khaptad Laghubitta inks final merger agreement with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta; two institutions to begin joint transaction soon

Khaptad Laghubitta has inked a final agreement with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta on Falgun 18, 2079.
The MoU was signed between the Chairman of Khaptad Laghubitta Mr. Suman Prasad Shrestha and the Chairman of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Mr. Ishwor Lal Rajbhandari. Both these institutions had earlier floated their ordinary shares to the general public, as per the media statement.
