KCL Astute Capital calls SGM on Shrawan 8; to endorse transfer of majority shares to Garima Bikas Bank and rename as Garima Capital

KCL Astute Capital has called for the second Special General Meeting to be held virtually on Shrawan 8, 2078 at 1 pm.
The SGM intends to discuss and endorse the following agendas:
*Share acquisition process of KCL Astute Capital by Garima Bikas Bank as signed on Asad 4, 2078
*To increase the authorized capital of the company from the existing Rs 20 crore to Rs 30 crore and revise its MoA
*To increase the issued capital of the company from Rs 15 crore to Rs 24.20 crore
*To issue 12.39 lakh unit shares to Garima Bikas Bank
*To rename the company as Garima Capital
