Kathmandu Capital Limited will be convening 2nd and 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 20,2076 at Indreni Banquet, New Baneswor, Kathmandu from 2:30 PM onwards.
The 37th Board Meeting on Kartik 04, 2076 has decided on the following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of Annual Report for the year 2074/75 and 2075/76 along with the financial statements.
- Appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration for the same.
