Kasthamandap Development Bank to give dividend

KATHMANDU, MAY :

Kasthamandap Development Bank Ltd (KDBL) has decided to offer four per cent bonus and cash dividend equal to tax applicable in the share. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank, held on Friday, took the decision. The AGM also elected a new team under the leadership of its chairman Jagannath Gyanwali. Other board of directors include Krishna Prasad Gyanwali, Dr Rajan Prasad Amatya, Santosh Lakoul and Chandra Khatri from among the promoters, and Dhurbahari Gyanwali and Tekraj Parsai from among the shareholders.
