Karnali Development to convene its 14th AGM on Magh 16; Book closure from Poush 27

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) will be convening its AGM on Magh 16, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Hotel Kalpataru, Nepalgunj at 11:00 AM.

The agendas of the meeting include:

1. Endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2073/74.
2. Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2074/75.
3. Appointment of 3 directors from among the promoters of the bank.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Poush 27 till Magh 16 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Poush 26 will be able to participate in the AGM.
