Karnali Development Bank to reconvene SGM on Ashadh 16

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) will be re-convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashadh 16, 2075. The SGM will be held in Swastik Cottage and Restaurant, Nepalgunj at 10:00 AM.
Previously, the development bank had called for the SGM on Jestha 31, 2075 which was cancelled due to unfulfillment of quorum.
The main agenda of the meeting is to appoint director from the promoter till next AGM.
KRBL has earned net profit of Rs 11.95 lakh till the end of the third quarter of the current FY 2074/75.
Its paid-up capital stands at Rs 15.10 crore and after the capitalization of recently issued 225% right share, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 49.07 crore.
