Karnali Development Bank calls up SGM on Jestha 31

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL)has announced Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Jestha 31, 2075. The meeting has been scheduled to be convened at 2:00 PM at Swastik cottage, Surkhetroad, Nepaljunj.
The main agenda of the meeting is to appoint director from the promoter till next AGM.
For the purpose of the SGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Jestha 21 till Jestha 31 i.e. only those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Jestha 20 will be able to participate in the SGM.
