Karnali Development AGM on Chait 28, to offer 25% bonus shares; Hama Merchant 9th AGM on Chait 26

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KDBL) is going to hold its 10th and 11th Annual General Meeting on Chait 28.
The AGM is set to endorse 25 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71 and 2069/70.
The AGM will be held at Swostik Cottage, Surkhet road, Nepalgunj at 11 am.
Karnali Development Bank Limited has posted net profit of Rs. 18.47 million in its 4th quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2070/71.
Meanwhile, Hama Merchant and Finance Limited is holding its 9th Annual General Meeting on Chait 26. The AGM will be held at Hotel Orchid, Tripureswor, Kathmandu at 10 am.
As per the company’s financial report of 2070/71, the paid up capital remains at Rs 20 crore. Its net profit stood at Rs 3.05 crore slight decline from previous year of Rs 3.37 crore. The bank amassed a total deposits of Rs 23.64 crore and its loan and advances stood at Rs 22.02 crore.
