Kantipur Television Network Limited to Issue IPO Worth Rs. 7.5 Crores with a Premium on the Shares

With the intention of involving the general public, Kantipur Television Network Ltd. would issue 750,000 shares of 100 rupee face value by adding the premium to the face value of the company's ordinary shares, which will total Rs. 750,00,000.

Sanima Capital Ltd is set to be appointed as Issue Manager for the IPO issuance of Kantipur Television Network Ltd.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Bhisma Raj Chalise, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Sanima Capital Limited, and Mr. Kailash Prasad Sirohia, Chairman and Managing Director, on behalf of Kantipur Television Network Ltd.

Kantipur Television Network Ltd. is the most popular television station in the private sector in Nepal. The network company has been continuously providing information through its technology.

Kantipur Television, the first privately owned television channel in Nepal, was founded in July 2003 and provides a wide range of material via satellites and terrestrial transmitters.

Kantipur Television swiftly rose to prominence as one of Nepal's top and most watched TV channels after debuting with a seven-hour regional broadcast for the Kathmandu Valley.
