Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank virtually convenes its 14th AGM; endorses proposal of 4.40% bonus shares and 0.23% to shareholders

Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank has virtually convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sudeep Acharya on Poush 29, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 4.40% bonus shares worth Rs 11.17 crore and cash dividend of 0.23% worth Rs 58.42 lakh to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The AGM also reappointed G.P. Rajbahak and Company Chartered Account as the auditor the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.

The development bank currently has 124 branches, 1 extension counter and 66 ATM booths spread across the nation.
