Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank unveils new loan schemes with 12.12% interest

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has launched new loan schemes with 12.12% interest where customers can receive different home loans, MSME loan and EV loan at a reduced interest rate.

Borrowers can receive home loans of up to 60% of collateral valuation for 30 years with loan amount not exceeding Rs 1.50 crore, 80% of collateral valuation for MSME loan and up to 80% of the price of an EV for the EV loan, as per the media statement.

Applicants can receive the loan amount within three working days of submitting the complete documentation, as per the media statement.
