Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 4.64% Dividend; Calls AGM on Baisakh 31

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has called its 16th AGM on 31st Baisakh, 2080. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Boutique Hotel, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 4.64% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company has decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.14 Arba. 4.41% bonus shares and 0.23% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 13.85 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 72.94 lakhs.

The book closure date is on Baisakh 15. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
