Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to Install Unifocal Reading Glass in its branches; becomes First bank in Nepalese Banking Industry to introduce this service to promote ophthalmic health of its clients
On the Preset of world sight day 2021 (14 October), Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has Introduced “Unifocal EyeGlass Service” to the customer of the Bank in accordance with its theme “LOVE YOUR EYES”. Accordingly, the Bank aims to install unifocal eyeglasses to its entire Branches with a view to creating a customer-friendly environment. The major objective of the program is to create awareness in society about the necessity to take care of their eyes and ensure timely checkups of eyes especially after 40 years of age.
The Unifocal EyeGlass Installation arrangement has been done in collaboration with Nepal Eye Hospital, Tripureswor. The program was formally inaugurated by the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Sudeep Acharya, and Chairman of Nepal Eye Hospital, Mr. Gopal Prasad Pokharel. It is noteworthy that Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is the FIRST BANK in the Nepalese Banking Industry to introduce such a unique service.
