Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, National Microfinance and Swabalamban Laghubitta distributing cash dividend directly into bank account; Shareholders urged to update information

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL), National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS) and Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SWBBL) are distributing cash dividends directly to the bank account of respective shareholders.
KSBBL had approved 6.8% cash dividend from 13th AGM held on Poush 17, 2076. The company started distribution from Poush 21, 2076.
NMFBS had approved 5% cash dividend from 6th AGM held on Mangsir 29, 2076.
SWBBL had approved 14% cash dividend from 18th AGM held on Poush 20, 2076.
All three companies have published a notice today urging the shareholders to update their bank information in Demat account. Similarly, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares are urged to open a Demat account and dematerialize their shares.
