Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Enhances Pokhara University's Healthcare Infrastructure

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, as part of its social responsibility initiative, has constructed and handed over a health laboratory to Pokhara University Teaching Hospital.

The handover ceremony was conducted under the supervision of Pokhara University's Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Prem Narayan Aryal. This initiative contributes to the university's all-round development and meets the requirements for expanding the hospital's capacity to 100 beds.

The registrar, Prof. Dr. Deepak Bahadur Bhandari, acknowledged the bank's contributions to various university programs. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank's Director, Balram Baral, expressed delight at the partnership and commitment to future collaborations.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the bank and the university to provide financial services to professors and employees at concessional rates.

Currently, Pokhara University offers 26 programs across its campuses and affiliates with 58 campuses nationwide. The bank serves its customers through 135 networks, 77 ATMs, and various branchless service centers.
