Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank convenes 12th AGM; endorses total 9.5% dividend to its shareholders

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has convened its 12th AGM on Asad 14, 2076 in Kathmandu. The AGM has endorsed the earlier decision to provide 8% cash dividend worth of Rs 20.02 crore and 1.5% bonus shares worth Rs 3.75 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the earlier fiscal year.

Chairman of the bank Mr. Sudeep Acharya presented the fiscal highlights and financial reports of the bank from the previous fiscal year and also proposed the strategic plans for the upcoming fiscal year. The AGM was also addressed by BoDs Mr. Chaturakhar Adhikari, Mr. Bhim Prasad Tulachan, company secretary Mr. Hari Prasad Lamsal.

The bank currently provides its services from its 91 branches and 44 ATM terminals spread throughout the nation.
