Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank constructs and Handovers Traffic Light at Gyaneswor Chowk in Kathmandu; aims to facilitate traffic management workplan of traffic police
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), has constructed and handover the Traffic Light to the Metropolitan Traffic police at Gyaneshwor Chowk, Kathmandu. The Newly constructed Traffic lights were jointly inaugurated by Senior Superintendent of Police, Mr. Janak Bhattarai and Kathmandu Metropolitan Ward-30 Head, Mr. Dal Bahadur Karki, and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr. Prabin Basnet.
According to CEO Mr. Basnet, being a part of Corporate Social Responsibility and contributing to the nation makes him feel fortunate. And by thanking everyone for giving this opportunity to him, he promised to keep fulling his duties in the future as well.
According to SSP Mr. Bhattarai, traffic lights play an important role to maintain the discipline of the riders. And for contributing to such great social work, he is thankful towards our bank.
According to Ward Head Mr. Karki, the bank not only providing their contribution in traffic lights but also donating warm clothes, educational materials to the poor and needy children and conducted financial literacy program. For such a huge contribution, he is also very thankful towards our bank.
Due to this Traffic light installation in main Gyaneshwor Chowk, it has been very beneficial for the local people, riders, and pedestrians as per the bank.
