Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Calls 17th AGM on Poush 17; When's the Book Closure?

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has called its 17th AGM on 17th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Lisara Reception, Bhagawati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Identify the appropriate banks and financial institutions for merger and acquisition with Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank.
5) The committee aims to pass a resolution empowering the board of directors to enact any necessary additions, amendments, or revisions to comply with regulatory instructions on the modification of the development bank's charter and regulations.

The book closure date is on Mangsir 29, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
