Kamana Sewa Bank Acquires Aakash Capital to Launch Merchant Banking Services
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has acquired promoter shares of Aakash Capital Limited to operate it as its subsidiary for merchant banking services. The move has already received approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Following regulatory approvals from the Securities Board of Nepal, the company will begin merchant banking operations under the new name “Kamana Sewa Capital Limited.”
The bank believes this expansion will broaden its service portfolio and contribute positively to the development of Nepal’s capital market.
