Kamana Bikas Bank schedules AGM on poush 28; 22.10% dividend in offing

Kamana Bikas Bank (KMBL) is going to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting on Poush 28, 2071; which will endorse 21 percent bonus share and 1.01 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The annual general meeting is schedule to venue at Hotel Pokhara Grand , Pokhara  at 9 AM on poush 28, 2071.  Trading of bank's shares has been suspended from Ashar 30 due to ongoing merger process with Om Finance,

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, election of the BOD.
