Kalyan Bikram Pandey Reappointed as Chairperson of Mero Microfinance

Banker Kalyan Bikram Pandey has been reappointed as the Chairperson of Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and has taken the oath of office and confidentiality from Nepal Rastra Bank Executive Director Ramu Poudel. The oath was administered at a programme held at Nepal Rastra Bank in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2017.

Pandey was unanimously re-elected as chairperson by the institution’s 182nd board meeting held on Poush 30, 2082. A seasoned banker, he represents the promoter group of Global IME Bank Limited and currently serves as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Senior officials of the institution were present at the oath-taking ceremony.
