Kalinchowk Hydropower appoints RBB Merchant Banking as issue manager to float its ordinary shares in IPO; 5 MW hydro project in Dolakha to hit operation soon

Kalinchowk Hydropower, the developer of 5 MW Hydropower project at Dolakha district has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as issue manager for the issuance of ordinary shares to the project-affected, Nepalese migrant workers and the general public.
The agreement was signed between Ms. Indira Pant, chairman of the hydro developer and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel, amid a program, as per the media statement.
