Kalika Microcredit becomes National-Level microfinance company; Company can expand all over the country now

Nepal Rastra Bank has provided approval to the Kalika Microcredit Development Bank (KMCDB) to operate as a national level microfinance company. The microfinance company can now expand the branches and perform the transactions accordingly.

KMCDB has recently expanded its branches in 15 districts including Syangja, Kaski, Parbat, Baglung, Palpa, Tanahu, Gorkha, Dhading, Makawanpur districts. The microfinance can now establish branches  all round the country as it has received recognition as a national level microfinance company.

The current capital of the of the company stands at Rs 10 crore  and has reported net profit of Rs 1.12 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year.
