Kalika Laghubitta (KMCDB) Proposes 20% Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2078/79

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) has proposed a 20% dividend for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
As per the notice published by the company, KMCDB has proposed 19% bonus shares worth Rs.5.94 Crores and 1% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 31.28 Lakhs from the accumulated profit of the microfinance financial institution up to the last financial year i.e 2078/79. The company proposed the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 31.28 Crores.
The decision taken by the BOD meeting of the company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
As of writing, KMCDB has an LTP of Rs 1020.
