Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) Proposes 13% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) has proposed a 13% dividend for FY 2077/78.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the company has proposed 13% bonus shares and no cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 3.59 crores.

The existing paid-up capital of the company is slight over Rs 27.68 crores.

The decision taken by the 211th BOD meeting of the company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company. 

As of writing, KMCDB has an LTP of Rs 1,339.
