Kajaria Expands in Nepal with New Gaindakot Showroom and Major Tile Plant Investment

Kajaria, India’s leading tile brand, has launched a modern showroom in Gaindakot, Nawalpur, Nepal, in partnership with New Rajasthani Marble and Tiles Suppliers. The grand inauguration was attended by Amrit Bhattachan, President of the Gandaki Province Chambers of Commerce & Industry, and company representatives.

The new facility aims to cater to rising regional demand for premium tiles. This move is part of Kajaria Ramesh Tiles Ltd., a joint venture between India’s Kajaria Ceramics and Nepal’s Ramesh Corp, which also operates Nepal’s largest tile manufacturing plant in Nawalparasi. With a production capacity of 5.2 million square meters annually and an investment of NPR 400 crore, the plant is expected to bolster the local economy and generate employment.
