Kailash Bikash Bank Ltd. Proposes 25 percent dividend

Kailash Bikash Bank Ltd. has proposed 25 percent dividend to its share holders from the earning of last FY 2070/71.

Recently held BOD meeting of the bank has decided to give 15 percent of Bonus Share and 10 percent of Cash dividend. However the decision is yet to get approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.

Previously, the bank had given 19 percent dividend—10 percent bonus share and 9 percent cash—to its share holders from the earning of FY 2069/70.

According to the unaudited fourth quarter financial report of the bank, its net profit jumped to Rs 26.61 crore by the quarter end, up from Rs 15.26 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2069/70.

After the materialization of bonus share, the bank’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 89.51 crore from existing Rs 77.83 crore. And as per the released statement of bank, its total deposits collection is Rs 781.8 crore and its investment in loans is Rs 671.16 crore till first quarter of FY 2071/72.
