Kailash Bikas bank’s AGM approves 25 percent dividend, 7 members elected in board

21st Agm of  Kailash Bikas bank (KBBL) organized today has approved 25 percent dividend proposal. The AGM held today at Pradi, Pokhara endorsed the recommendation of the bank’s board of director proposal to distribute 15 percent bonus and 10 percent to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2070/71. Bank’s paid up capital has reached by 895 million after the issuance of bonus share.  

Seven board members, Gopal Poudel, Mahesh Basnet, Narayan Poudel, Suresh Kumar Upadhaya, Deepak Shrestha and Indra Kumari Gurung, has been elected under the chairmanship of Rajendra Giri.
