Kailash Bikas Bank and NBI join forces to promote Financial Literacy

On Baisakh 3, 2076 National Banking Institute Ltd. (NBI) and Kailash Bikas Bank Limited signed a MoU whereby the two institutions would promote Financial Literacy Program to reach out to the larger masses through the Bank’s network spread across the country. The MoU was signed by Sanjib Subba, Chief Executive Officer with NBI and Amrit Charan Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer with the development Bank.

This association to promote Financial Literacy Awareness is expected to create synergy in raising awareness about the importance of savings and channelizing of savings towards entrepreneurial activities.

The development bank currently has 95 branches and 34 ATM terminals across the country and is mulling over to open 2 more branches in coming days, as per the media statement.
