Jyoti Life to convene its second AGM on Ashoj 12; Main agenda includes issuing IPO

Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (JLICL) has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be conducted on Ashoj 12, 2076 (September 29, 2019) at its Registered Office in Pokhara - 09, Kaski from 11 AM onwards.

The 46th Board Meeting held on Bhadra 19, 2076 had come up with this AGM date with the following agenda:

• Discussion and approval of the annual report and financial statement for the year 2074/75 prepared under the NFRS system.
• Issuing Initial Public Offering (IPO) after registering under the regulatory body and making any changes in AOA of the company as mandated by the regulators
