Jyoti Capital Limited Proposes 7% Cash Dividend; AGM To Be Convened on Ashwin 10

Jyoti Capital Limited has called its 3rd AGM on 10th Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited's head office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 9.00 am that day.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, Balance Sheets, Financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorsement of a 7% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.47 Crores, including applicable taxes, which has been proposed by the board of directors.
4) Miscellaneous.
Bhadra 20 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
