Jyoti Capital And Nagarkot Resort Collaborate For End-to-End Business Consulting Services

Jyoti Capital Limited and Nagarkot Resort Limited have entered into a bilateral agreement for institutional consulting services, covering the entire business process from inception to completion.

Jyoti Capital Limited offers comprehensive consulting services to companies across sectors, assisting in everything from company establishment to the issuance of shares to the public. The agreement between Jyoti Capital and Nagarkot Resort includes services related to changes in capital structure, private equity arrangements, and more.

The agreement was signed in a ceremony at Nagarkot Resort Limited's office in Kavrepalanchok District, Mandandeupur Municipality, Nagarkot. The signing event featured Mr. Bikas Dhakal, Chief Executive Officer of Jyoti Capital Limited, and Mr. Surendra Raut Chhetri, Chairman of Nagarkot Resort Limited. Mr. Niraj Bahadur Raut Chhetri, Director of Nagarkot Resort Limited, and financial consultant CA Gobind Sharma Gairhe were also presented at the event.

Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, is authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal to act as a merchant banker, providing investment management, institutional consulting, and securities underwriting services. The company, with a paid-up capital of 21 crores, aims to support its customers' prosperity and has the authority to assist in the conversion of companies into public entities, facilitating the issuance of ordinary shares.
