15,00,000 units of Jyoti Bikash Bank Debenture 2087 (JBBD87) of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

15,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. While 6 lakh units were open to the general public, 9 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue was reserved for mutual funds. The public issue opened on 20th Ashar and closed on Ashar 30.

As the name suggests, Jyoti Bikash Bank Debenture 2087 will mature in the year 2087 and yield an annual return of 9% to unitholders.
